Appliances at the property

Any appliances you provide must be safe, and have the CE marking present. This is the manufacturer’s claim that it meets all lawful requirements.

Regular reviews

To ensure that you’re fully protected, you must carry out regular safety checks on all electrical appliances as part of the rental agreement with your tenants.
